This was the second time we went to The Brio and had similar experiences each time. In the meantime, the bartender complains that they haven't had heat since January, and no AC in the summer, and on and on. She looks at it, and ignores it while freezing air blows into the restaurant. In the meantime, the front door stays wide open (It's 45 degrees outside and raining) and the hostess says "Oh.that happens 40 times a day." She closes it. but stayed.Ī person walks in the front door and speaks to the bartender. The customer because frustrated, looked at me, shook his head. The bartender quickly tells him they only have one brand, then goes into a long, angry dialog on how Italians don't drink IPAs and how the restaurant insists on staying true to the Italian culture., etc., etc. Moments later a customer comes in, sits at the bar and askes for an IPA beer. A fellow employee came over to speak with him, where he then loudly swore and cursed his way through a bashing of one of the employees. He then returned, spent 5 minutes wiping out two wine glasses, and then poured our wine. He turned and said ".just one?!" He then walked away, went to the pizza oven and began chatting with the cook. He asked us what we wanted, we said a glass of chardonnay. I'm not ready!" (Even though its all set) We said we'd wait. to sit at a table!" We said, we'd rather sit at the bar. We asked to sit at the bar (which was all set up menus, silverware glasses, etc.) The bartender says "I'm not ready, you have. There was only one other guest in the restaurant. My wife and I went in this past Saturday morning at 1100. find another place, you will regret your decision if you go there. Bausman but she never answered us atyer the event. It was just all an expensive disaster.Ħ Management refused to give us amy credit stated we had to go through Mra. We paid $1 for each gueat for our cake to be cut & disteibute which we had to do our selves & they never show up to sing HB either, they (all servers) were fightimg the entire dinner imfront of us (with each other) and blamong eavh other.fpr wrong plates, late meals, apetizers. Our servers were lost, didnt know they left frkm the right, just 1 of them actually knew what she was doung, yhey were very diasorganized, meals arrived about 2hra afyer ordering becauee we kept asking for them.ĥ. Mrs Bausman nowhere to be found, after meeting MEVER return our calls, emails with our complains, CHANGED a massive amoynt of money for the services that were NOT provided and liea were left and right.Ĥ. Managers not helpful at all, actually rude.ģ. Table set ups where totally different than what we asked for.Ģ. our reservation with MANY promises and there is NO communication between her and the reataurant.ġ. A LOT was promised, it was ALL lies, NOTHING was done, it was a mess, we were a geoup of 40 and Mrs.
